Snow and Space!

Here are some pictures from our 1 day last week and our 2 days this week!  We combined our Snow and Space theme for these 3 days.

These friends are using a toothpick to poke holes as an outline of their last names.  They loved "looking at the stars" when they held it up to the light!

Winter Animals!

Here we are playing with our friends!  These gears are one of our favorite stations!

These two cuties are working on their "Hibernating Animals" book.  We learned about how and why some animals hibernate.

Our students did this penguin craft all by themselves!  I was so proud of their independent work!

These students are reading and coloring their decodable book, "Places We Go."  We are getting to be such great readers!

One of the letters we worked on this week was the letter "K." These students are taking a key and coloring it under a piece of paper to make a key rubbing.

Our birthday friends!  We celebrated 3 birthdays this week!  

Our Super Stars this week!  These "Stars" showed great effort in their work, were awesome listeners and were always following directions!  Way to go stars!
