Presidents' Week

We learned a lot during Presidents' Week!

These friends are doing a science experiment to see what happens when you put a penny in water, soap and water, and vinegar.  We love science!

We love outdoor time even more!  We took advantage of the beautiful February weather on Monday and Tuesday and played outside as much as we could!  They loved being back outside!

Some smarties writing our sight words on the table!

These friends are doing some coin rubbings.

Some of the cutest George Washington's and Abraham Lincoln's I've ever seen!

Here we are voting on which animal we think is the best, a cat, dog, monkey or rabbit.

Putting their ballots in the voting box

We talked about tally marks and added up all their votes. It was a close race, but cats won!

Show and tell for the letter "G."  Some of the things we shared were a gingerbread girl, gummies, Godzilla, gorillas, giraffes, games, a globe and grapes.

We look good in red, white and blue!
