What a great week talking about apples! Below are the handprint and fingerprint apple trees our little ones made. We love making special projects with our hands!
We loved the book, "10 Apples Up on Top." It's about some silly animals that keep putting more and more apples on the tops of their heads. We glued 10 apples in order to the tops of our heads!
We had our 1st birthday in our classroom! Here's our special birthday boy and friends enjoying a special snack!
Apple Taste Testing! We tried a slice of a red, yellow and green apples. We graphed the favorite color apple for each student. Our class loved the red apples, and green was a close 2nd! Here we are enjoying our taste testing!
More Apple Activities this week!
Apple stamping--students used 1/2 of an apple to stamp a colorful apple picture!
Smarties gluing their apples in order!
You may have noticed your child coming home with a pink sandy look to their clothes and smelling like apple! That's because our sensory table was filled with an apple scented playdough! They loved getting their hands in this special treat!
A future teacher reading a friend an apple story!
