We Love Our Healthy Bodies!

Look at these cute little pumpkins showing us the pumpkins they decorated!  So cute!

Here we are deciding which foods are good to eat all the time and which foods should be just sometimes foods.  We each put the plastic food item into the right square.

These cuties are showing us how much they love their healthy bodies!  We used these pictures and wrote our new sight word, "I" and traced the letters to write "love my healthy body!"

These girls are cutting out and pictures of healthy foods they'd like to eat on a paper plate.  Yummy!

This is a picture of Lois Wadsworth talking to our classes about the Forget Me Not Ministries.  This not for profit organization was formed to help orphaned, abandoned and at risk children in Romania.  The Roma children live in extreme poverty and are uneducated.  LAP will be collecting money to send with Lois when she travels to Romania to help these children.  We have mason jars in each classroom for children to put money in if they would like to.  Thanks for your help!

And here are our pictures and writing about our healthy bodies!

We loved playing with play dough and all of our other free centers this week!

Show-and-tell was fun this week!  We had lots of quarters, queens, Quaker products, a quiver, quilts, Q-tips, and a CD by the artist Queen!

Our pink class!

Precious smiles from our Stars this week!
