Polar Express!

It was an exciting week with all of our Polar Express activities and ornament painting!

Here our Pre-K friends are reviewing our sight and color words and counting by 10's.  We have some movements to help us count!  We also started counting to 5 in Spanish this week.  See if your child can count for you in these different ways!

These friends are painting their Polar Express trains!

Here we are coloring our Christmas Lights books.  We are getting so good at recognizing our color words!

These cuties are working on completing the empty half of the ornament to make it look like the other side-an introduction to symmetry!

Free-center fun!

Our symmetrical ornaments!

Our kiddos did such a good job painting their ornaments!  We loved having some special guests help us and we can't wait to see the finished product!

Our show-and-tell was for the letter P.  We brought in a pink pillow, pink pigs, popcorn, Peppa Pig, peas, a pan, pizza, pickles, ponies, a pink pumpkin, a pound puppy, penguins, planes, puppies, Pokey, and a pear!

We are so cute in our jammies!

We glued red and blue ornaments on a tree and added up all the ornaments.  We are so smart!

Polar Express fun!  Ms. Tomara read us the book, "The Polar Express," we got our tickets punched and boarded the train to the North Pole!  We enjoyed some Christmas cookies on our ride and made it back just in time for snack :)

Our Amazing Stars!!
