Eric Carle

Such a fun short week in Pre-K this week!  We learned what an authors and illustrators are and read lots of books by written and illustrated by Eric Carle.  Next time you are reading a book with your child, ask him/her about the author and illustrator!

We always have so much fun outside!

We still love these dogs!

Look at these cuties working hard!

"F" is for frog!

We love going to the Minds-in-Motion room!  We give our minds and our bodies a workout!

Playdough fun!

Smiles while we work!

This smartie is making a color pattern!

Here we are listening to an Eric Carle book.

Look at these sweet caterpillars!

More work and play!

These sweet boys got to take home the sharing box!  Here they are sharing some of their favorite things from home!

These friends are weaving a string through the holes and glueing on their colorful caterpillars.

Loved the show-and-tell items for the letter "F."  Some of our "F" words were a fork, feathers, frogs, fish, a fox and a football.

These kiddos are making Eric Carle type masterpieces.  They used sticks, Q-tips, pom pom balls, and bubble wrap to make some unique paintings.  So creative!

We read the book, "Little Cloud," by Eric Carle.  These friends are showing their paintings of the clouds and what shapes they could see in the clouds.  Some of the things we saw were trains, butterflies, clowns and trees.
