Unique Me/Feelings

Our theme this week was Unique Me/Feelings.  Some of the things we talked about were what makes us the same and different as other people, things that our special to us like fingerprints, and what makes us happy, sad, mad and excited!

Here we are during our morning meeting counting in Spanish.  We can count to 10!

These cuties are painting their birthday cupcakes.  We worked on remembering the month and the day of our birthday.

These friends are playing with our new classroom dollhouse!

More playtime fun!

These girls are at one of our new stations-writing and drawing on white boards.  It's so fun to wipe the maker off!

Here we are getting a closer look at our fingerprints!  We learned that no one in the world has the exact same finger print as us!

More playtime fun!

Show-and-tell!  This week we brought in something for the letter "R."   We had Rudolf the Red nosed Reindeer, Rocky, a race car, robot, rope, Rylan brought himself :), a radio, railroad crossing sign, rabbits, red bird, and raisins.

These sweeties are writing about what they want to learn in the year 2015.  We had some interesting goals!  Some of them were learn how to cook, how to hunt, make diamonds, build and how to ice skate.  Ask your child what they would like to learn in 2015!

These Pre-Kinders are showing us their fingerprint page.

Friends coloring their "Happy New Year" color-by-number.

Cuties showing us the houses they decorated.  On the inside is their address.  They can practice working on memorizing their addresses at home with these!

Our Sweet Stars!
